How to become a business user

My Kirana Buddy is a B2B-only platform. To access products, prices, and ordering, you need to register as one of:

  • Agent — contact our onboarding team to enroll as a field agent. You'll be issued an AGT-ID after verification.
  • Wholesaler — apply through our web app; a ground agent will visit your premises for KYC, after which our admin team verifies and approves your account.
  • Retailer — kirana shop owners can sign up via the app using their phone number; an agent will reach out for shop verification and role-tier assignment.

Access to product catalogues, role-specific pricing, and order placement becomes available only after your account is verified and approved.
