Delete Your Account

My Kirana Buddy users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data from inside the app or by contacting official support.

Delete in the app

  1. Open the My Kirana Buddy app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile or Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

After confirmation, the account is blocked and scheduled for deletion. If you sign in again within 30 days using the same phone number, eligible account data may be restored.

What happens to your data

Profile details, delivery addresses, saved cart, wishlist, preferences, profile documents, device tokens, and support records are deleted or anonymized where legally permitted.

Order invoices, payment records, tax records, fraud-prevention records, and dispute records may be retained only where required by law, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
