Delete account data in the app
- Open the My Kirana Buddy app and sign in.
- Go to Profile or Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the request to delete your account and associated personal data.
If you sign in again within 30 days using the same phone number, eligible account data may be restored. After 30 days, deletion is completed where legally permitted.

Data deletion and retention
Profile details, saved addresses, preferences, saved cart, wishlist, support records, verification records, documents, and device tokens are deleted or anonymized where legally permitted.
Orders, invoices, payments, tax records, fraud-prevention logs, and dispute records may be retained only where required by law, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations.
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Retained records are restricted to the required purpose and are not used for marketing.
