Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern your use of My Kirana Buddy as an Agent, Wholesaler, or Retailer on our platform.

1. Acceptance

By registering, logging in, or using My Kirana Buddy (the "platform") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. The platform is operated by Gosotek Technology Jaipur (P) Ltd. ("we", "us").

2. Eligibility

The platform is intended exclusively for verified business users in one of three categories:

  • Agents — representatives enrolling shops and collecting orders on behalf of My Kirana Buddy.
  • Wholesalers — bulk buyers resupplying local retail stores.
  • Retailers — kirana shop owners ordering stock for their own shelves.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to act on behalf of the business you register. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion if verification fails or the platform is misused.

3. Account and KYC

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including phone number, business details, and KYC documents. You are responsible for keeping your OTP, session, and login device secure. We may request additional verification at any time and may limit access until verification is complete.

4. Pricing, tax, and stock

Product prices, pack sizes, bulk-tier discounts, and availability are shown after login and vary based on your approved role (Agent / Wholesaler / Retailer). Prices are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated per product. Stock is shown on a best-effort basis and may become unavailable between cart and dispatch, in which case you will be offered a substitute or refund.

5. Orders, payment, and delivery

  • Orders are treated as accepted only after explicit confirmation by our system.
  • Payment may be via wallet, online methods, or credit terms approved for your account.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on your location, stock, and logistics. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • You (or a shop representative) must be present at the delivery address to accept delivery. Proof-of-delivery photo may be captured by the delivery agent.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

  • Order cancellation before dispatch is allowed subject to platform policy visible in your order detail screen.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or wrong-item deliveries, reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or to your wallet, at our discretion, within 7 working days of approval.

7. Agent commissions and wholesaler/retailer schemes

Commission rates, incentive schemes, and promotional credits are communicated from time to time and may be updated by us. Credits and commissions are non-transferable, non-cash, and may have validity periods. Misuse (fake enrollments, fraudulent orders, wash trades) leads to forfeiture and account termination.

8. Prohibited use

  • Resale outside your approved business category.
  • Sharing your login credentials with non-approved parties.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or overloading the platform.
  • Uploading false KYC documents, fake selfies, or impersonating another business.

9. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, product listings, and software on the platform belong to Gosotek Technology Jaipur (P) Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform strictly for ordering on your own account.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
