My Kirana Buddy is intended for approved business users such as kirana retailers, wholesalers, and agents. Access to prices, stock, and ordering features may require verification.
Orders and Pricing
Product availability, branch-wise stock, slab pricing, taxes, delivery charges, and payment options may vary by location and user role. Final payable amounts are shown during checkout and on the invoice.
Payments and Delivery
Supported payment methods may include cash on delivery, UPI, online payment, wallet, or offline payment options. Delivery timelines depend on branch coverage, product availability, and operational conditions.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping account details accurate, including shop name, phone number, delivery address, GST details when applicable, and branch/location information.

Users must not misuse the platform, submit false business details, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with pricing or stock systems, or use the service for illegal activity.
